Shipping and Return Policy
Authorization Required:
- Authorization and approval are required for any return/credit request. The authorization for return request must be received within thirty (30) days from parts shipment date.
- Parts or goods received without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned as freight COD.
- To receive a written or verbal authorization number, please contact the salesman that you went through, when you initially put your order in and ask for an RMA form. Please fill this out completely and email back to your Mickey Salesman for approval.
- If you cannot remember who your original salesman was, please call in at 336-888-2275 and we can provide that information to you at your request.
- Note: the authorization request requires approval, and the authorization number will be provided when the approval process is completed usually within 15 Business days of being received.
- The return authorization number on your approved RMA form, will remain valid for thirty (30) days from the approval date and this RMA must be included and visual on or inside all packages/boxes.
How To Return Items:
- Contact Parts Team to for RMA approval and authorization number.
- Include RMA paperwork with approved authorization number on/inside all packaging, sent to you via email by your Mickey salesman.
- Parts must be returned to Mickey’s Truck Bodies via prepaid freight and must be properly packaged and identified with the authorization number provided. This information is also provided on the RMA form.
Credit Provided:
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Credit provided for current parts in complete re-saleable condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns except if the part is defective or in the case of an error by the Mickey Body Parts Team.
- The credit amount will be determined after inspection and the restocking fee deducted.
- Credit should be received within (days) of receipt and final inspection.
- Credit will not be provided for claims against the carrier for loss or damaged items signed as clear or accepted.
Note: the customer is solely responsible for filing any claims against the carrier for loss or damaged freight.
Credit Not Provided:
- Parts returned without the authorization number.
- Damaged, obsolete or discontinued parts.
- Specially ordered items and items without a parts number.
- Parts manufactured to customer's specification may not be canceled or returned.
Note: if the original part is defective, it may be exchanged for the same product. - Electrical parts are non-returnable and are not eligible for credit.
- Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are nonrefundable once the service has been completed.
- Parts were not received within 30 days of the approval/authorization date.
- Parts received that do not meet the returns parts criteria will not be accepted for credit and will be returned to the customer freight collect. Example: Electrical Items
Damages or Shortages in Shipments:
- The responsibility of Mickey’s Truck Bodies does not extend beyond our company.
- Please examine all shipments very carefully before the delivery carrier leaves the premises.
- Damages or shortages should be noted on the freight bill and must be signed by the driver.
- Concealed damage claims must be made within two (2) working days.
